Raychel is the founder of MUSE Marketing + Design. As the agency’s lead strategist, Raychel guides our efforts to help clients grow their revenues and customer loyalty. She especially relishes the opportunity to help brands better communicate supply chain transparency through ingredient origin storytelling. Results-oriented and data-driven, she has led marketing efforts for nonprofits, for-profits, and public entities for 20 years. You can find her adventuring with her husband and rescue mutts in her home base of Eugene, OR or at their winter getaway in sunny Baja California Sur.
Caron Bush
BRAND BUILDER (she/her)
Caron is an insights-driven marketer obsessed with finding out each brand’s “why.” Prior to working with MUSE, Caron spent 12 years at Clif Bar developing brand strategies, identifying big opportunities, and launching innovation grounded in consumer insights and market opportunity. Caron now helps purpose-driven organizations spot and solve problems, build ownable and meaningful brands, and design products that meet consumer needs while delivering business objectives. Outside of work, Caron is either in her vegetable garden or trying to keep up with her kids while riding at Galbraith or skiing at Mt. Baker. Caron is based in Bellingham, WA.
Victoria Hagan
PR & INFLUENCER GURU (she/her)
Victoria is a true public relations expert. Formerly in-house with Whole Foods’ Rocky Mountain region, Victoria worked closely on their Local Producer program. From creating marketing campaigns, to coordinating media coverage, to organizing in-store events, she helped bring recognition and revenue growth to local makers. Since her Whole Foods days, Victoria has led PR, social media, and influencer marketing for clients such as Vitamix, the Four Seasons, and other food-based brands. When she’s not helping brands tell their unique story, she’s got her hands full with a toddler and brand new baby. Victoria is based in Denver, CO.
